MB&F cooperated with The Hour Glass to open the door to the world's first MB&F laboratory in Singapore. This boutique is located in the landmark Raffles Hotel on the first floor of Raffles Hotel's arcade. It is the first boutique of the new MB&F Lab Concept and will soon open in Paris and Los Angeles.
The fact that Singapore was chosen as the first location is indeed proof of the purchasing power of the Singapore watch industry. "Although Singapore is a small country, it has the largest MB&F collector community in the world." Max B ü sser, founder and creative director of MB&F.
The MB&F laboratory in Singapore has adopted the recently renovated building logo of M.A.D. Galleries. MB&F created the first M.A.D. Gallery in Geneva in 2011, which serves as a platform for displaying the dynamic and mechanical art works of MB&F machines, MB&F co creation, and various artists from all over the world.
MB&F collaborated with Swiss organization Voltage Design&Architecture to redefine the interior design and architectural features for its M.A.D. Galleries and the new MB&F Lab space. These will display MB&F Machines and selected dynamic art works in a more private space than the mature M.A.D. Gallery.
